When should I actually start paid ads?

Once your GBP is producing calls, your website is converting them, and you are earning reviews consistently. Paid ads on top of a broken foundation is expensive traffic that leaves.

LSA or Google Search first?

LSA. It is usually the cheapest booked-call channel, it puts you above the map pack, and setup is straightforward. Search comes next to catch what LSA cannot verify.

Do I need Meta Ads if Google is working?

Eventually, yes. Google catches people who know they need you. Meta reaches everyone else and retargets visitors who did not call. It makes every other channel cheaper because more people already know your name.
